Layered emotions.

After a lot of introspection I have come to realise that emotions are just clues for something else. Emotions felt in the body give us information usually about issues we didn’t even know where an issue for us. The way emotions layer on top of each other and keep getting complex until you pay attention and listen really fascinate me. I figured, what best to describe the layering than a Matryoshka doll like the one I used to play with as a kid.
