I often enter a bookshop looking for a novel, and end up buying books about self development, psychology and wellbeing. I am fascinated with how our mind works, the ways to make our bodies reconnect with our minds, and practices to live better.

Anything from mindfulness to yoga, from forest bathing to sound bathing, I love creating content that resonates with the soul and brings a hopeful message, or that starts a conversation about a tricky topic that needs to be discussed.
